The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) will track social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and YouTube to check suspicious activities using data analytics for monitoring security at airports, nuclear bases, and other vital installations.

As the Winter Session of Parliament enters Day 6, protests by the Opposition over the demonetisation move intensify with Opposition leaders forming a human chain near Mahatma Gandhi statue on Parliament premises.
Since the Winter Session began on November 16, the Parliament has faced repeated adjournment motions, with the demand that Prime Minister Narendra Modi come personally to attend Parliament rather than sending Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in his stead.

"Our demand is PM should come to the Parliament and address the issue, he was the one to announce the demonetisation decision" said D Raja, CPI.
"What PM has done is biggest impromptu financial experiment, he didn't discuss this with anyone; this isn't FM's decision but PM's. Opposition parties is only demanding that PM should come and address the Parliament, why isn't he coming?" added Congress VP Rahul Gandhi.

"We feel that this decision is a scam; PM had informed his close friends about this before announcement; want JPC probe in this," continued Gandhi.
"Congress party wants the debate under adjournment motion, question is are we being allowed to speak? Speaker refusing to give us debate; Question is not whether PM sits there, question is-are we being allowed to speak? We aren't," said Gandhi.
