After reports of Congress winning floor test in Uttarakhand surfaced, BJP alleged the use of 'money power' by ousted Chief Minister Harish Rawat to win maximum votes. While interacting with the reporters, BJP leader Ganesh Joshi said: "Humne dhan-bal ka prayog nahi kiya, agar hum karte toh shayad hum bhi ise pa sakte the." Sources claim, Harish Rawat will now return to power with 34 votes, however, 32 seats are required to win the majority. The result of the floor test will be declared on Wednesday morning.
