Praising judgement by the Mumbai High Court directing CBFC to issue fresh certificate to the movie Udta Punjab, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said that the judgement is a "tight slap on Modi regime's intolerance." "Udta punjab judgement is a tight slap on Modi regime's intolerance," he wrote in a tweet. Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court on Monday directed Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) HC to issue a fresh certificate to movie Udta Punjab in 2 days. The court said ” there is no mention of the word ‘censor’ in board. Board should use its powers as per Constitution and SC’s directions.” The court however directed film maker Anurag Kashyap to delete one scene from the movie.
