CBI Special Court in Mumbai on Tuesday deferred the hearing in Sheena Bora muder case till June 6.
The development comes after the nodal agency sought time to file its reply on driver Shyamvar Rai
's application to be an approver in the case.

Earlier on May 11, Rai, who is a key accused in the controversial case, told the special CBI court in Mumbai that he wants to turn an approver and “disclose certain truths about the commission of the offence.”
Spilling the beans, he had told the CBI Special Judge HS Mahajan that Sheena
was killed by strangulation and that he as under “no pressure, threat or coercion” to reveal the facts in the case and was “repentant” for his act.
