Parliament Winter Session Day 4: As Demanded By Opposition, Will PM Modi Attend?[/caption]
The Winter Session of Parliament which began on November 16 has so far been in a lull as Opposition demands the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Parliament to discuss the biggest issue the country is currently facing - demonetisation.
Congress leader in the Lok Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge has added that the debate on demonetisation should be carried out under Rule 56 which allows voting as compared to Rule 193 as desired by the government which does not entail voting.
