A 24year-old man was brutally beaten to death in northwest Delhi's Bhalswa Dairy, say police.
The brawl had started over purchase of golgappas from a roadside stall.
On August 4, the victim, Irfan, was attacked by the two men at a nearby liquor shop where he had gone with a friend.
"While Irfan was waiting near the golgappa stall, the two accused came there and asked to be served first. An argument ensued and the two men attacked Irfan," said Vijay Singh, DCP (northwest).
"The incident was captured by a CCTV camera near the liquor shop. A murder case was registered at Swaroop Nagar police station," Singh added.
