Nearly three months after the fire tragedy at the Puttingal Devi temple, Kerala High Court on Monday granted bail to all 43 accused.

According to reports, while pronouncing the bail, Kerala HC also observed that police haven't filed a charge sheet in the case and it has been 91 days since the tragedy happened.
In one of the worst tragedies to hit Kerala, at least 107 persons were killed and close to 400 injured in a devastating fire that engulfed during an unauthorised display of fireworks on April 10.
