The fourth edition of International Yoga Day 2018 is here. United Nations declared June 21 as the International Yoga Day in 2014 after PM Narendra Modi called for the day and adopted as a global celebration of yoga. Yoga is addictive that once you make it a part of your life it becomes your oxygen. Yoga is hailed as an elixir for the physical, mental, and spiritual mind.

Many Bollywood celebs do yoga on a daily basis encouraging their fans to stay healthy and fit. From actors like Shilpa Shetty to Jacqueline Fernandez, Malaika Arora and Kangana Ranaut, the list of stars who cannot live without yoga is only increasing day by day and are ready to help you introduce to the refreshing yoga asanas this year.

She has released DVD's on yoga, and credits her fabulous body to yoga. The diva lost 32 kilos just in 3 and half months. Shilpa Shetty gives us major fitness goals time and again.

Bipasha Basu- She is yet another face of Yoga in India. Just like Shilpa Shetty Kundra, the actress has also released her fitness CD's which showcase various combinations of exercises. She has made her husband Karan Singh Grover a yoga freak, which gave us some couple goals.

Kareena Kapoor Khan- While Taimur is pocketing hearts for his overloaded cuteness his mother, the Bollywood diva, Kareena Kapor Khan is busy doing some Yoga and got back in shape after her pregnancy. Malaika Arora- Her toned body is proof that she is a fitness enthusiast. Who would say she is a mother of a 15-year-old son? While we see the yummy mummy hitting the gym regularly which she does quite religiously, she admits that yoga is an important part of her fitness regime. She practices power yoga every day no matter how hectic her schedule is.
