The successful trio of ABCD 2 Remo D’Souza, Varun Dhawan And Shraddha Kapoor are reuniting once again for India’s biggest dance film as confirmed by Varun's tweet on his Twitter account on Monday.
The yet-to-be-titled next is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Lizelle D’Souza and directed by Remo.
Varun shared a selfie with Shraddha on Twitter and wrote, “@ShraddhaKapoor ❤️❤️❤️❤️????chirkut bahut maaza ayengaa #3iscoming.”
After Katrina Kaif's exit from ABCD 3, the makers were on a hunt for the leading lady opposite Varun Dhawan.
It was being reported that the actor will commence the shoot of the film, while the makers would continue the search.
According to media reports, Shraddha also confirmed the news and said, “I’m excited to reunite with Remo sir, Prabhudehva sir, and Varun after ABCD 2. This was made possible by Bhushanji who brought us back and believed in this amazing story. It is going to be a lot of hard work for everyone involved but we are all pumped up.”
Varun will be seen playing a boy from Punjab, who grows up in London and a major chunk of the film will be shot in the UK.
The film also marks the acting debut of Shakti Mohan and Vartika Jha. The hunt is on for a foreign dancer.
Kapoor will be seen as a professional dancer representing the Indian contingent alongside Varun and his team in the film which is on the lines of the Hollywood franchise Step Up.
The film will go on floors on January 22.
