Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, recently gave his nod to play the lead role in ‘Super 30’ a biopic on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar who founded the Super 30 coaching centre for teaching under privileged youths. According to sources, Kumar will be coaching Hrithik for ‘Super 30’ and Hrithik will put on his character directly observing Kumar's daily lifestyle.
The story of Anand Kumar life has come out in books published in English, Hindi and other languages, and impressed with the storyline as it's based on a powerful real-life story, Hrithik decided to take it on the big screen.
Mathematician Anand Kumar is well-known for Super 30 academic programme operating out of Patna, Bihar, where Kumar annually selects 30 underprivileged students from economically weak backgrounds and prepares them for the Joint Entrance Exam(JEE), required to secure admission in the elite Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
Now here the question arises, how will the greek-god of Bollywood Hrithik play the role of a simple mathematician. For this, the fans need to wait till the release of this biopic.
Super 30 will be directed by Vikas Bahl, who has previously directed ‘Queen’ and ‘Shaandar’. This film will be produced by Preeti Sinha.
Hrithik Roshan was last seen in Sanjay Gupta’s Kaabil opposite Yami Gautam. The movie was based on the blissful married lives of Supriya and Rohan, a visually impaired couple, whose happiness came to a halt when the former was raped by men with political links. When she commits suicide, Rohan vows to take revenge despite being blind.
