The death toll in an LPG cylinder blast in the Beawar town of Ajmer in Rajasthan rose to 19 on Sunday, 2 days after the blast took place during a wedding function on Friday night. Another 18 people were injured, out of which 5 are said to be in critical condition.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje ordered an inquiry into the incident, appointing the chairman of the Ajmer Revenue Board as the investigating officer (IO), an official said to PTI.
