Salman Khan's conviction in 1998 Blackbuck Poaching case recently shattered millions of hearts but his bail transfused some relief among his ardent fans. However, the actor was restricted from travelling abroad by the Jodhpur court due to cautionary measures.

Days after his bail, the 52-year-old filed a plea seeking permission to travel outside India on Tuesday, which has been granted by the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court on the same day.  The actor will be travelling to Canada, Nepal and the USA from 25 May to 10 July.

Salman has already completed the scheduled shooting for his forthcoming film 'Race 3' helmed by Remo D'Souza, so the reason for his urgent requirement to travel abroad is unknown. The makers have earlier assured that the remaining parts, earlier planned to be shot in South Africa, have been arranged for filming in Leh.

Salman was convicted of killing two endangered blackbucks during the shooting of his film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison and a monetary fine of Rs 10,000 was also imposed on him but his lawyer Bora argued about loopholes in the investigation.

After spending two restless nights in Jodhpur Jail, the actor was granted bail by Jodhpur High Court on the surety of two personal bonds of Rs 25,000 each. Salman's lawyer Mahesh Bora's argument stating that accounts of the eyewitnesses were unreliable will be heard on May 7.

Awaiting for the release of his forthcoming film 'Race 3', the actor has started shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Bharat' which will mark the homecoming for Priyanka Chopra. He also has 'Dabangg 3' and a comeback season of reality television show 'Dus Ka Dum' in his kitty.
