Bollywood's 'Bhaijaan' Salman Khan's conviction and arrest in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, the entire nation was drowned in grief but now that the actor is released, it is time to party! Not just the actor but the other 'Race 3' stars had a gala time while celebrating Saqib Saleem's birthday.

Along with Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Bobby Deol, Salman reached at Saqib's residence on Sunday to party like a pro. Excited by the presence of 'Dabangg' actor at his bash, Saleem posted a picture hugging him on Instagram with a caption, "Bhai (sic)."

Known for his charitable works, the actor also reached to attend a school's annual function on Sunday afternoon and spent some quality time interacting with the young children. Notably, Salman only reached Mumbai after his release from Jodhpur Central Jail on Saturday.

The actor was welcomed by a throng of his admirers waiting outside his Mumbai residence to catch a single glimpse of him. Veteran actress Simi Garewal shocked everyone when one of her tweets from Friday enunciated that Salman is not guilty in the 2-decade old case but is 'protecting someone' else.

"The charity, the generosity, etc of Salman Khan is irrelevant here. What is all-important is the fact that he did not pull the trigger. He did not commit the crime. He is protecting someone for silly emotional reasons. Even at a huge cost to himself," read a post from Simi Garewal's unverified Twitter handle.

While many actors have been posting heartfelt messages for Salman, his little sister Arpita wrote something emotional for the first time since the actor was convicted. Along with Salman's picture, she wrote, "My strength, my weakness, my pride, my joy, my life, my world. God's child."

"God bless all the people that can't handle you or your success. I wish only positivity & happiness for you may all the jealousy & negativity fade away. I pray you shine even brighter than you are & blind everyone with your success & good deeds. Love you, bhai," she added.

Salman was convicted of killing two endangered blackbucks during the shooting of his film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998 on Thursday. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison and a monetary fine of Rs 10,000 was also imposed on him but his lawyer Bora argued about loopholes in the investigation.
