Richa Chadha Has Nothing To 'REVEAL' On Sexual Harassment, Requests To Be Left Alone

Bollywood actresses hardly come out of their shell to talk about the epidemic of sexual harassment and casting couch in the film industry and whenever they do, media frenzy and pressure to reveal names scare them away. Despite her bold attitude, Richa Chadha became the recent victim of clickbait when her words said in a positive manner were modified.

The bindaas beauty caused an uproar among the masses when she talked about her experiences while struggling to become a recognised actress. She statements suggested that if given security and assurance of work supply, the actress will reveal the names of popular personalities who forced her into immoral acts.

Richa was mortified with the way her statements were shaped. In order to clarify her stand, the 'Fukrey' actress used the micro-blogging website Twitter and confirmed that he words regarded to the sexual exploitation in general and not her personal experiences. Her distress over the situation was clearly reflecting in her tweets.

Retweeting the article of a leading daily, the actress wrote, "I don't need security. I used the 'I' as an example to indicate that whistle-blowers don't have support from the ecosystem. Putting an end to this confusion once n for all. I have nothing to REVEAL. Plz leave me alone about this."

Adding another tweet, Richa affirmed, "Be questioned as an authority on the subject of sexual harassment.It's an epdiemic that needs to end but still waiting for a compassionate,thoughtful, concrete discussion on it.All we get is click bait.My film is a hit,is waqt to baksh dijiye sab log."

Chadha regrets writing the blog which she penned in October while expressing her condemn towards sexual harassment. Her angry words read, "Not all men, but #ALLWOMEN I know have experienced gender violence or molestation one way or another. This shouldn't it be the only way of life women know. Are you human and hence born from a woman? How are you not embarrassed?"

Richa Chadha's latest release 'Fukrey Returns' is doing wonders on box-office which is clear with its two days collection of Rs 20 crore. The film is the sequel of 2013 sleeper hit which ruled many hearts due to the presence of funny ensemble of Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Ali Fazal and Manjot Singh.
