Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut had become the talk of the town when Abhishek Kapoor directed 'Kedarnath' stalled, temporarily. However, the film's shooting resumed soon after the ordeal broke out, certain reports suggested it would no longer be the star kid's debut film.

Seems like makers have found a way around and decided to release the film before Rohit Shetty's Simmba, which also stars Sara Ali Khan along with Ranveer Singh. Trade Analyst and film critic, Taran Adarsh confirmed on Tuesday that 'Kedarnath' is hitting the screens on November 30 this year.

Kedarnath's shoot was momentarily stalled when the director and production firm KriArj Productions parted ways over an internal debate. While Abhishek was accused of "unprofessional behaviour and mismanagement" by the producers, he alleged they "lacked transparency".

The duo resolved their issues in March and the shooting resumed. "After the dust settled down, both Abhishek and the producers realised they were personally invested in the film and did not want to hamper it in any way. Both parties sat down and resolved their issue," stated a source.

Amidst the clash between Kedarnath's team members, Sara Ali Khan signed her second film with Dharma Productions. Starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, Simmba is helmed by Rohit Shetty and will hit the silver screen on December 28 this year.

Based on the Uttrakhand floods that took thousands of lives and wrecked the temple town in June 2013, Kedarnath is an eternal love story with the potent combination of love and religion, passion and spirituality. It is slated to hit the theatres on November 30, 2018.
