Kartik Aaryan who is currently Bollywood's blue-eyed boy thanks to his herculean hit Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, is enjoying good fortune and is on fire. The heartthrob, who recently signed Luka Chuppi opposite Kirti Sanon has bagged another meaty project.
After winning hearts and becoming the newest entrant in the Rs 100 crore club with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety this year, Kartik is all set to spread his charm on silver screen yet again.
This time the quintessential good boy has replaced Sidharth Malhotra in the Hindi remake of hit Kanada movie Kirik Party. Directed by Abhishek Jain, Kirik Party is said to be rom-com musical.

The 29-year-old actor has finally come out of Luv Ranjan camp.
Kartik and Ranjan have worked together in four movies, after starting their career together with Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Akaash Vani, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2.
Confirming the news producer Ajay Kapoor said, "We at Kyta Productions are very excited to start work on the Hindi remake of Kannada blockbuster Kirik Party with Gen-X star Kartik Aaryan. The film will also mark the directorial debut of Abhishek Jain, an extremely talented filmmaker. The film will go on floors this October."

Kirik Party (2016) was one of the highest grossing Kannada films, which ran for an impressive 150 days. And now Kartik will step into the shoes of Rakshit Shetty for the remake.
The film, which will go on floors from October, deals with a central theme of how friendship and love can turn a boy into a compassionate man.
