Not only Dutt’s family but his upcoming movie, Bhoomi’s Director, Omung Kumar, too made the day special by releasing the second poster of the movie on Twitter with the hashtag, #BabaIsBack. A revenge drama, the poster shows Dutt with rage in his eyes and a pained look. While it will surely engage and attract the audience, the grim look of Sanjay Baba in the poster is somewhere also symbolic of his real-life turmoils.

The Munnabhai MBBS actor has had his share of failures and successes, but his life went majorly downhill when he got arrested under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act. Although he has always received the support of his friends and family, it was his humility with which he treated his fans and co-actors that have rooted for him even through the toughest of times.

Saajan, Agneepath, Munnabhai MBBS, Khalnayak and Sadak are some of his everlasting hit movies where his powerful performances and the parts he has played have come to be a favourite among the audience.

Even his anti-hero roles like that of Kaancha in Agneepath have garnered him some rave reviews and massive fan following. The movie, Bhoomi will again give him the opportunity to essay a powerful and intense role as it explores the emotional relationship between a father and a daughter. The movie is set to release on September 22nd, 2017.

While last year saw Maanyata organising a lavish birthday bash for Sanju Baba right after his release from Yerwada jail, this year it will be his family members with whom he plans to rejoice. The life, works and marriage of Sanju baba will soon be seen on screen with Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic on Dutt starring Ranbir Kapoor as the bad boy of Bollywood and Dia Mirza as Maanayata.
