Lives of the celebrities are like an open book for the world to peek at. Each of their steps is scrutinised by media. One wrong move and their reputation are tarnished forever. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli's sudden marriage made the duo hot topic for millennials.

Everybody wanted a piece of the power couple's personal life but their busy schedules and urge to keep their private matters under the wrap refrained all from having some gossip. One reputed publication, though, resorted to unfair means to provide their readers with their heart's desire.

A leading daily published a fully fabricated interview of the 'Pari' actress talking about a personal and marital life to impress their readers. When Anushka came across the copy, she was absolutely stunned and she took her rage to Twitter, slamming the publication.

She wrote, "It is SHOCKING to see a completely fabricated interview of mine in a reputed publication like @Ei_Samay. This is to clarify that I have NEVER done an interview on my personal life with them or with anyone else. Just shows how carelessly your personal freedom is looked at by them."

The actress has denied of giving any interview related to her personal life. The fabricated interview was published in Bengali newspaper Ei Samay’s regional supplement. Publication's reporter Deblina Ghosh Mukherjee confirmed about taking the interview but refrained from commenting further.

Anushka and Virat tied the knot in a hush-hush ceremony in December 2017. They got married in Italy in presence of close friends and family members while no one from B-town or Kohli's cricketing squad marked their presence at the wedding.
