Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has created history by smashing six sixes in one over during an inter-district T20 match between Jamnagar and Amreli at the Saurashtra Cricket Association stadium. In aggressively impressive innings, the left-handed batsman scored 154 runs off just 69 deliveries.

Jadeja entered the field for Jamnagar and helped his team in scoring the grand total of 239/6 in 20 overs. The player came to the field during the 10th over and batted like a boss. It was in 15th over that the batsman allowed his inner beast to take over and threw the balls out of boundary one after the other.

Bowler Nilam Vamja Amreli team was the unfortunate bowler to witness Jadeja smashing sixes on his balls but the audience was delighted with the show. Following his powerful attack, Jadeja was able to achieve his century which included 10 sixes and 15 fours.

Ravi Shastri and Yuvraj Singh are the only Indian cricketers to achieve the feat before. With his impressive power play, Jadeja has now become the part of their exclusive club. His team was easily able to win the match, given that the rival team fell short of 121 runs.

Not just Jadeja's century but the great performance by bowlers also contributed to Jamnagar team's victory. While Mahendra Jethva took 3 wickets in 4 overs by only losing 6 runs, the rival team's Vishal Vasoya and Nilam Vamja proved to be economical with their respective 36 and 32 runs.

The cricketer is currently out of Team India's Twenty20 squad but his recent performance might just get him a place back in the team. He recently made headlines for posting a picture of himself while smoking hookah, for which he was trolled mercilessly on social media.
