The apartments in Trump Towers are considered to be expensive although not necessarily 'elite' with the cost of an apartment in Gurgaon Trump Towers falling in the range of $775,000 and $1.5 million.

Though Trump Jr.'s visit is touted as mainly a business trip, he is scheduled to make a speech on Indo-Pacific relations during a New Delhi business summit, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be in attendance.

Previously a real estate giant, Donald Trump moved on to become the President of the US, leaving behind his eldest son Donald Trump Jr, to manage the real estate business in his absence.
