Mahindra KUV100 Facelift Launched In India At A Whopping Price!

Indian automaker Mahindra & Mahindra has finally unveiled the much-anticipated facelift version of the KUV100 hatchback with the introductory price rate of Rs 4.39 lakh (ex-showroom) for the basic model whereas the higher-end variant will be available for Rs 7.33 lakh.

With 10 trims with interior and minor mechanical updates, the latest version of the KUV100 is likely to appeal the customers more than the predecessor version. With the restyled front and rear bumpers, the KUV's length has increased by 25mm, now making it 3,700mm long.

The new front grille along with the faux skid plates on the front and the back adds to the overall design of the next generation hatchback. Along with the integrated roof rails and a tailgate spoiler, the new head and tail-lamps added to the six-seater enhances the car's design.

The model is available in two variants. While the petrol version is powered by the mFalcon G80 1.2L 3-cylinder all-aluminium unit and produces 83Ps of power and a peak torque of 115Nm and comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, the diesel version is powered by mFalcon D75 1.2L CRDi unit and churns out the power of 78Ps and a peak torque of 190Nm and comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Two shades are added to the interiors of the car with the lower-spec variants finished in grey and the higher versions in an all-black interior. The hatchback is equipped with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system loaded with GPS navigation on the top-spec K8 trim.

The automatic climate controlled AC, dual front airbags, steering wheel mounted control and height adjustable driver's seat are some of the impressive features of Mahindra KUV100 NXT. Given that the festive season is at its peak in India, the sales are expected to rise remarkably.
